Family-Based Approach to treatment from birth to 18 years

Physiotherapist with baby

Kathryn Moore, BAppSci

Physiotherapist

Hi, I'm Kath!

I work with families creating a plan to maximize their child's full physical potential, so they can participate in all aspects of life.

I spent most of my career working as a Paediatric Physiotherapist in Hobart, Tasmania, with a focus on neurological and orthopaedic conditions affecting children from 0-18 years.

I'm here to help and I look forward to working with your family.

Children diagnosed with any type of motor delay including conditions such as Down Syndrome, Cerebral palsy, global developmental delay, hypotonia, chromosomal abnormalities/genetic disorders, spinal cord lesions or acquired brain injury may benefit from this form of therapy. Children at risk, such as those who are born prematurely can also benefit from this therapy due to the strong neuroplastic changes that this treatment stimulates within the developing brain.
